All conference events will take place at the host hotel, the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. Inc. has secured rooms at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa at a special group rate. Please make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. All hotel reservations should be made at the time of your registration for the conference. The Inc. 500|5000 Conference & Awards Ceremony combines learning, networking, recreation, and celebration for an unforgettable experience. Following are the key elements to the event:

Conference Program
The main conference program runs from Wednesday morning through Friday afternoon. It features:

• Keynote presentations by founders and CEOs of prominent companies, notable entrepreneur personalities featured in Inc., and business celebrities
• Concurrent sessions organized by themes featuring expert speakers and more intimate settings to exchange ideas and experience with other business leaders in the audience

Recreation and Networking
Inc. has organized the following activities designed to help attendees meet one another and enjoy the surrounding area:

• Annual Inc. 500|5000 Golf Tournament: On Wednesday morning, Inc. hosts a golf tournament for conference attendees. Participation is limited and reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. There is an additional fee to participate. The additional fee includes the greens fees, breakfast and lunch, and transportation. Golf club rentals and gratuities are the responsibility of the individual golfer.

 

• Sightseeing Tour: To be announced. There is an additional fee to participate.
  

 

• Inc. 500|5000 Welcome Reception: Meet other attendees and enjoy a cocktail reception with light hors d'oeuvres during a casual welcome reception on Wednesday evening at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge.

 

• Thursday Night Party: Step right up! You are invited to the exclusive Inc 500|5000 Friday night fête. Join your fellow attendees for an evening of amusement; with games, live entertainment, music, food, open bar and a few surprises you won’t want to miss!

 

Celebration

• On Friday evening, Inc. hosts a champagne reception followed by the black-tie Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony. This event honors the 2012 Inc. 500 and Inc. 5000 companies named to the 2012 Inc. 500|5000 list. This show-stopping and can't-miss affair will honor the Inc. 500|5000 CEOs present. VIP preferred seating is available for groups of ten.

There are no activities planned in the conference program for children.

All material submitted as part of your initial application to the Inc. 500|5000 list is kept strictly confidential.

Your name, title, company, and contact information will be used by Inc. to invite you to future Inc. 500|5000 conferences and other Inc. events.

Inc. will share your contact information with a select group of Inc. 500|5000 conference sponsors.

While in attendance the Inc. 500|5000 Conference & Awards Ceremony you may be recorded (including photography, video, and audio recordings). These images and recordings may be used in the future to promote the Inc. 500|5000 Conference & Awards Ceremony.

Any feedback you provide to Inc. in the process of registration, on-site at the event, and after the event may be used to further promote the Inc. 500|5000 Conference & Awards Ceremony.

For all paid registrations, a full refund is available if a written cancellation is received no later than September 5, 2012. No refunds will be available after September 5, 2012.
